Programmed coordinate rotation OFF / 3-D coordinate conversion OFF / Inclined-plane machining OFF

Machine-specific. This G-code reference is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (EIA/ISO programming manual H747PB0030E). G-code availability depends on fitted options, and groups and behaviour differ between Mazak models and control generations — verify against the manual for your own machine before programming with any code.
What it does

Programmed coordinate rotation is performed to rotate the machining shape itself on the workpiece by rotating the workpiece coordinate system. Machine coordinate path after coordinate rotation: 1. Correlationships to other functions, and precautions 1. Coordinate rotation is valid only for the automatic operation modes (tape operation, memory operation, and MDI); it is invalid for manual rapid traverse, handle feed, or reference point (zero point) return, whether it is automatic or manual. automatic operation must not be executed for any subsequent absolute data commands. Axis movements may not describe the desired path. 2. Calculation for offset processing is performed lastly. That is, coordinate rotate processing using the designated program is performed and tool radius compensation, tool length offsetting, tool position offsetting, etc. follow. 3. Higher priority is given to coordinate rotation than to the mirror image function. If these two functions are selected, therefore, coordinate rotation will precede mirror image processing. 4. […]

G69 is modal (group 16) — it stays in effect until another code of the same group replaces it.

Default: G69 is selected automatically in its group on power-on or on reset with modal initialization.
