Machine-specific. This M-code list is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (manual HA64HA0035E). M-code assignments differ between Mazak models, control generations and PLC configurations — verify against the manual for your own machine before relying on any code.
What it does
M58 stops the machine in a block start interlock status if an alarm is displayed to indicate that the life of the spindle tool has expired. (Execution of the next block is prohibited.) The next block will be executed when the conditions for starting the next block are satisfied.
