Q: What does Mazak parameter D22 do?

D22 is a User parameter in the POINT group of the MAZATROL SmoothX control (INTEGREX e-670H). Tapping-cycle dwell time. Dwell time at the hole bottom or at the R-point. This value is valid when 1 is set for bit 0, 1 or 2 of parameter D91. Note : This parameter is valid only when the setting for roughness (RGH) of tapping (tool sequence) is FIX.

Machine-specific. This parameter list is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (manual HA64HA0035E). Other Mazak models and control generations use different addresses, ranges and meanings — verify on your own control before changing anything.
