EIA/ISO bit settings (5 bits)

Machine-specific. This parameter list is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (manual HA64HA0035E). Other Mazak models and control generations use different addresses, ranges and meanings — verify on your own control before changing anything.

    Enables/disables tool change operation in the MDI mode for tools whose tool data has not been set, when bit 7 of parameter F84 is set to “1”. 0: Stop operation with the alarm 953 TOOL DATA INPUT PROCESS ERROR displayed 1: Single block stop after completing tool change with the alarm 1107 INCOMPLETE TOOL DATA displayed Note : 1. When bit 7 of parameter F92 is set to “1”: The above mentioned alarm will be generated if the tool diameter is not set for the specified tool. 2.     The workpiece axis offset in association with Z-axis feed during hobbing is executed 0: In the hobbing (G114.3) mode and only while the hobbing axis is rotating. 1: Disregarding whether the hobbing axis is rotating or not as long as the current mode is the hobbing (G114.3) mode.

    EIA conversion sequence number output

    Sets the output position of sequence numbers during EIA conversion. 0: Output the sequence number after completing machining with each tool sequence/shape sequence and immediately before the first tool change command 1: Output the sequence number after completing machining with each tool sequence/shape sequence
