EIA/ISO bit settings (6 bits)

Machine-specific. This parameter list is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (manual HA64HA0035E). Other Mazak models and control generations use different addresses, ranges and meanings — verify on your own control before changing anything.
Bit settings — F151 is set bit by bit
  1. bit 0

Switching of valid/invalid for registering multiple tools

Validity of registration of multiple tools if the turning function is valid when registering a tool on the TOOL DATA display 0: Valid 1: Invalid

    Range 0, 1 · Takes effect: Immediate

  2. bit 1

    Fixed value

    Fixed value (0)

  3. bit 2

Switching of the material geometry when execution of a program is returned to the head during continuous program run

Returning of the material geometry to the initial geometry when execution of a program is returned to the head during continuous program run in the state the virtual machining function or the INTELLIGENT SAFETY SHIELD function is valid 0: Not returned to the initial geometry. 1: Returned to the initial geometry.

    Range 0, 1 · Takes effect: Immediate

  4. bit 5

Rotary axis fairing for the 5-axis fairing function

    0: Invalid 1: Valid

    Range 0, 1 · Takes effect: Immediate

  5. bit 6

Valid/invalid of wear offset (mill tool/touch sensor) on the TOOL DATA display when the tool length offset function for turning tools (G43P1) is used

Set valid/invalid of wear offset (mill tool/touch sensor) on the TOOL DATA display when the tool length offset function for turning tools (G43P1) is used. When a milling tool is used: When the parameters are set as F111 bit 5 = 1 and F94 bit 7 = 0, tool wear offset on the TOOL DATA display is made: 0: Invalid 1: Valid When the touch sensor is used: When the parameter is set as F111 bit 5 = 1, tool wear offset on the TOOL DATA display is made: 0: Invalid 1: Valid

    Range 0, 1 · Takes effect: Immediate

  6. bit 7

Time stamp used at the time of read/write command to macro variable #3001 (power-on time)

Data to be referenced or changed by macro variable #3001 (power-on time) 0: Value indicated for POWER ON in the ACCUMULATED TIME window 1: Value counted from the power-on timing F151 bit7 Value indicated for POWER ON in Value at #3001 the ACCUMULATED TIME at the time the window at the time when the read power is turned command to #3001 is specified on again 0 Changed accordingly Not reset 1 Not changed Reset to 0 [Related macro variable] #3040 : Power-on time in the ACCUMULATED TIME window (read only)
