Q: What does Mazak parameter F8 do?

F8 is a User parameter in the EIA/ISO group of the MAZATROL SmoothX control (INTEGREX e-670H). Corner deceleration speed coefficient for high-speed smoothing control. Corner deceleration speed Vo determined by the optimal corner deceleration function is adjusted using the value set in this parameter. The speed is not adjusted if 0 is set here. (Setting is handled as 100.) Setting more than 2000 is disposed as 2000.

Machine-specific. This parameter list is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (manual HA64HA0035E). Other Mazak models and control generations use different addresses, ranges and meanings — verify on your own control before changing anything.
