EIA/ISO bit settings (8 bits)
- bit 0
Table rotational machining
Sets the condition where machining with table rotation is possible. 0: Always possible 1: Possible outside the area only
- bit 1
Radial interference check
Enables/disables radial interference check 0: Enabled 1: Disabled When 0 is set, the operation on detecting interference can be set for bit 5 of parameter F92.
- bit 2
Type of coordinate system for controlling the tool tip point
Sets the type of coordinate system for controlling the tool tip point. 0: The table coordinate system that rotates according to the particular rotation of the C-axis is defined as the programming coordinate system. 1: The work coordinate system is defined as the programming coordinate system.
- bit 3
Tool tip point control scheme
Sets the tool tip point control scheme. 0: Uni-axial rotation interpolation 1: Joint interpolation When 0 is set: Y In the case of uni-axial rotational R2 interpolation, the pivot point of The tool attitude vector moves in a plane including R1 and R2. Tool tip Face horizontal to R1 and R2 X When 1 is set: In the case of joint interpolation, the pivot point of the machine moves as denoted by the arrow. Tool tip X
- bit 4
Fixed value (0)
- bit 5
Reset to cancel G68.2, valid/invalid
Sets whether G68.2 is canceled upon pressing the RESET key. 0: Valid 1: Invalid
- bit 6
Display of surface definition
Sets whether surface definition is to be displayed. 0 : Not displayed 1 : Displayed
- bit 7
Output of the B-axis unclamping code before B-axis indexing, valid/invalid
Sets whether the B-axis unclamping code is to be output before B-axis indexing. 0: To output 1: Not to output (Valid only for MAZATROL programs of the INTEGREX and INTEGREX-e series.)
