Q: What does Mazak parameter I11 do?

I11 is a User parameter in the SOFT LIMIT group of the MAZATROL SmoothX control (INTEGREX e-670H). Rotary center of a workpiece. Set the rotary center of a workpiece at a table angle of 0° for each axis in the machine coordinate system. (Valid only with dynamic offset function and in manual operation) Note : For the axes which operate in submicrons in the case of submicron machine specifications, the setting unit of this parameter is reduced to 1/10 times.

Machine-specific. This parameter list is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (manual HA64HA0035E). Other Mazak models and control generations use different addresses, ranges and meanings — verify on your own control before changing anything.
