Q: What does Mazak parameter IOP14 do?

IOP14 is a Data I/O parameter in the OTHER group of the MAZATROL SmoothX control (INTEGREX e-670H). MAZA-CARE function (for the Japanese market only). 0: Invalid 1: Enabled (LAN-RS232C converter required) 11: Enabled (LAN-RS232C converter not required) * When the term of MAZA-CARE contract has expired, the function cannot be used even if the parameter is made valid.

Machine-specific. This parameter list is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (manual HA64HA0035E). Other Mazak models and control generations use different addresses, ranges and meanings — verify on your own control before changing anything.
