Q: What does Mazak parameter K22 do?

K22 is a Machine parameter in the MEASURE group of the MAZATROL SmoothX control (INTEGREX e-670H). Measurement retry frequency when retrying reference face C measurement. When touch sensor is actuated before reaching target point in C offset measurement, set retry frequency. When K22 is set to N (N = 0 to 255), measurement alarm will be indicated when touch sensor is actuated before reaching measurement target point in (N+1)th retry operation.

Machine-specific. This parameter list is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (manual HA64HA0035E). Other Mazak models and control generations use different addresses, ranges and meanings — verify on your own control before changing anything.
