Q: What does Mazak parameter TAP7 do?

TAP7 is a Data I/O parameter in the TAPE group of the MAZATROL SmoothX control (INTEGREX e-670H). DSR output flow control selection. Select whether or not DSR flow control is valid for serial communication during tape operation. 0: Valid 1: Invalid Note : This parameter setting is enabled when the cycle start button is pressed to start tape operation.

Machine-specific. This parameter list is specific to the Mazak INTEGREX e-670H / e-670H-S with the MAZATROL SmoothX control (manual HA64HA0035E). Other Mazak models and control generations use different addresses, ranges and meanings — verify on your own control before changing anything.
